The network of electric vehicle charging stations will be expanded in the Minsk region
Charging stations are already operating in Borisov, Zhodino, Dzerzhinsk, Molodechno, Soligorsk, and other towns and cities in the region.
Fast EV charging stations are installed in high-demand locations — near retail and administrative facilities and along major transport routes. Slow charging stations — mainly near residential neighborhoods and office buildings.
In 2026-2027, Minsk Oblast plans to install at least 50 fast charging stations. By the end of 2027, the network will be expanded with around 80 additional slow EV charging stations. They will be concentrated in Borisov, Vileika, Dzerzhinsk, Zhodino, Molodechno, Slutsk, and Soligorsk.
Also, by the end of 2027, ultra-fast charging hubs will open at the junction of the M6 and M7 highways near Volozhin, the M1 and P53 highways — near Borisov, and along the P23 highway — near Slutsk.
